A precise report helps distinguish metadata, editorial, provider, and product errors.

Record issue

Include the exact public URL, movie or series format, disputed field, displayed value, proposed value, and reliable source. Title, date, language, genre, artwork, synopsis, and identity collisions are reviewed separately.

Provider issue

State country, service, date, device, account tier if relevant, and what the destination displayed. A local observation should not be turned into a global statement, and an expired provider window should not rewrite title identity.

title selection issue

Identify whether Story, Commitment, or Edition contains the problem and explain why it changes the comparison. Avoid revealing unnecessary plot spoilers.

Functional issue

Give browser, operating system, viewport or zoom, action, and result. Mention search, tray, navigation, focus, images, or layout specifically.
